Surokkha Medical Center Ltd is a Gulf Health Council (GHC) – Wafid Accredited Medical Center in Bangladesh, authorized to conduct medical examinations for individuals traveling to GCC countries for employment, residency, or visa purposes. We provide diagnostic, screening, and healthcare services in accordance with the standards and protocols set by the Gulf Health Council.

2. Scope of Services

We offer a range of healthcare services, including but not limited to:

  • Wafid (GAMCA) medical examinations for GCC-bound travelers
  • Diagnostic and laboratory testing
  • Medical consultations
  • Preventive health checkups
  • All medical services are conducted by licensed professionals and are subject to relevant national and international medical guidelines.

3. Appointment & Service Terms

  • Patients must schedule appointments in advance where applicable.
  • You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information during registration.
  • All fees for services must be paid prior to or at the time of service.
  • Surokkha Medical Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for operational reasons.

4. Gulf Health Council Guidelines

  • As a Wafid-accredited medical center, we strictly follow the protocols and health standards issued by the Gulf Health Council.
  • All GCC-bound candidates must comply with Wafid rules for identity verification, biometric submission, and documentation.
  • Test results are electronically submitted to the Wafid system and are not subject to manual alteration.
  • Re-examination or appeal requests must follow the GHC/Wafid regulations.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting patient confidentiality. All personal and medical information is stored securely and used only for the purposes of medical assessment, Wafid submissions, or regulatory compliance.

6. Website Usage

You may use our website for information, appointment booking, and service inquiries. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any unauthorized access or misuse of our digital systems
  • Upload or transmit harmful content
  • Copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission

7. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made via approved methods (cash, bank, or online payment gateway).
  • Once medical screening has started, fees are generally non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances and at management’s discretion.
  • Refund requests, if eligible, must be submitted in writing with valid documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Surokkha Medical Center and its staff are not liable for:

  • Delays in visa or employment processing caused by test results or Wafid system decisions
  • Losses or damages resulting from technical issues or third-party system failures
  • Misrepresentation or concealment of medical history by the patient

9. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or suspend any part of our services or website at any time, to comply with new GHC guidelines, regulatory changes, or for operational reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
